: In this lesson, we will finalize revisions and report for Malcomb et al (2014) reproduction.

Monday, April 26

Prior to Monday’s class, you should have:

• complete reproduction of Malcomb et al with statistical comparison to the original paper results
• complete reproduction report

During class, we have one final opportunity to troubleshoot, confer about results and interpretation, and publish the findings. The report is due by the end of the day.

The final report is due any time on Tuesday, April 17.

• Note: I’ve noticed that if you use automatic list or outline numbering and make a revision in an early line, you wind up having a change tracked for every line because of renumbering. Additionally, it will be easier for GitHub to track changes for many short lines, rather than long paragraphs.
